cluster continues to operate without issue, daily backup has been running for the last 2 hours without any effect on disk I/O. This will be our last update, this issue is resolved.
Monitoring hasn't shown any further issues & I/O is within the normal range.
This issue appears to have been caused by degraded performance on a drive, resulting in high I/O times, slowing the response time of sites for approx. 18 minutes. Redundancy took over & resolved the disk issue. The cluster is stable & performing without issue at this time. However, we will keep the status listed as degraded performance while we monitor closely for the next hour.
Sites are loading, appears to have been a disk issue. More updates once we know more from the ongoing investigation.
