VM500 remains stable & responsive, the issue appeared to be caused by a kernel version conflict. Sysadmins will review logs further.

It appears to be a server side issue that is affecting the VM500 alternative server at this time. Our team will continue to investigate, no ETA at this time. Please note that this only affects the VM500 alternative server, not our WPCloud production servers.
